3. Determine Domestic or Foreign Status.

4. Choose your preferred delivery method:

For those paying by credit card through paypal, inproper billing information is the number one reason for PayPal credit card rejections. PayPal has informed us that the billing information is character sensitive and must be typed in exactly as it appears on your monthly credit card statements, if it is not, that card will be rejected.

Domestic Series LLC

$90.00 Standard Mail Delivery; $102.00 Electronic Mail delivery, plus $25.00 for each additional entity in the subsidiary series.

Foreign Series LLC

Untimley Renewals

Failure to renew or change agents on or before your company's anniversary date with Illinois Registered Agent, will indicate to us that you do not intend to continue our services.

On the 10th day past your renewal date,

Illinois Registered Agent will send you a notice which begins our resignation process.

The Illinois Secretary of State will administratively disolve companies that do not maintain a registered agent in Illinois and for those companies that do not file their annual reports.
