New Domestic Corporations, *LLC's or Not-for-Profit entities - Agent Representation: $75 per calendar year (includes acceptance and delivery by standard *US Mail on service of process and state correspondence for one year and is renewable on the anniversary date of the company's formation).

Do-it-yourself Agent Change - Agent Representation for existing corporations, Not-for-Profit or LLC entities that require change in agent filings: Agent representation fee: Domestic $75.00; Foreign $85.00 (includes acceptance and delivery bu standard US Mail of service of process and state correspondence for one year and is renewable on the anniversary of the filing date of the change of agent form with the State of Illinois).
*Delivery of service of process on a series LLC is for the parent company. Subsequent designations will incur additional copy/delivery fees of $1.50 per page and will be delivered by email in PDF format to the person designated on the Required Info form to receive such correspondence.

Research is esential to insure your filing is accurate, thorough and acceptable by the Secretary of State. Illnois Registered Agent offers initial consultations for those that want to do-it-themselves but would like specific guidelines. The basic filing consultation will determine the proper steps, links and turn-around times required to accomplish your desired goal. The initial consultation fee of $35.00 will be applied to any filing service purchased relating to that particular consultation. If you begin with the consultation then later decide you require assisstance, that consultation fee will be credited towards the balance of filing costs and service fees associated with your individual project.
Due to the Secretary of State's anniversary dates, filing fees, penalty accruals, a company's situations may change on the first day of the new month, therefore, our consultations and service quotes are valid until the first day of the following month from the date of the initial consultation or quote.

Do-it-for-me agent change for domestic or foreign corporations or NFP corporations includes: acceptance and delivery of service of process & state correspondence for one year, corporate status check to insure company is in good standing, bringing entity back into good standing if needed, preparation of the change in agent form, retrieval of certified copies of the formation and/or qualification documents with all amendments from the Illinois Secretary of State for recordation with the appropriate county recorders. Tracking of filing progress with the final file stamped and recorded documentation returned to the client by Email in PDF format and by standard US mail.

Other "Do-It-For-Me" Services & Requirements
Illinois Registered Agent is happy to provide quotes for your specific situation. One of the considerations included in a do-it-for-me quote is the company's status in its state of incorporation. All pre-existing entities (whether domestic or foreign) must be in good standing in their domestic state to acquire certified copies of the supporting documents, to request evidence of status in the domestic state or to facilitate any changes in Illinois. Supporting documents may be required to accompany your filing in Illinois. Illinois Registered Agent will include the steps and cost associated with the resolution of these issues so that retrieval of these supporting documents can occur.
PRICING
The price of the agent change service for corporations or NFP's vary from company to company depending on the entity's status in its domestic state, county recorder fees, certified copy fees, whether the filing needs to be expedited and the number of pages to be recorded and the jurisdictions of recordings.
Agent representation is renewable annually on the anniversary of the Effective Date with Illinois Registered Agent. To renew representation, update your required info form and select domestic or foreign renewal from the purchases page. Domestic renewal: $70.00; Foreign renewal: $80.00.

EFFECTIVE DATES
Agent Service requests will become effective upon receipt of the completed "Required Info" form, payment for services in full and the first of the following to occur - (1) the filing date with the State of Illinois or (2) 90 days post payment.
