Includes the following:

• 1 year of agent representation starting on the file date with the State or 90 days post payment.
• Delivery of all documents by Email with PDF copies attached and then sent by standard U.S. mail.
• Company name availibility check
• Our Service confirmation letter with forms listed that need to be filed
• Link to formation state good standing certificate to be acquired by client
• Review of LLC 45.5 form and good standing documents for accuracy and acceptance
• Delivery of the file stamped evidence of filing by email delivery then by standard mail if original documentation is returned from the State
• Link to IRS EIN application - we do not file on your behalf due to the requirement of a social security number. We are happy to walk you through this process by phone.

*Option to have us expedite as these foreign qualifications can only be paper filed or hand walked into the State on an expedited basis. A separate invoice will be provided for filing fees associated with the expedited filing.

What we do NOT do:

• We do not have automatic payments when representation comes due. We bill you on paper Invoice and provide an online invoice for your convenience. We do not keep credit card numbers in our records, and we do not believe in taking money from anyone's bank account even if it is expected.
• We do not ask for your social security number for filing the EIN application- this information is extremely confidential and should never be given to anyone that you do not know or trust with that information.  We are always happy to walk you through these filings by phone when you are ready to file for your EIN.
