Includes the following:

• Initial payment is for agent representation only.  We will determine your filing cost upon review of your situation and what is required by the State of Illinois to accomplish your objective.
• 1 year of agent representation starting on the file date with the State or 90 days post-payment.
• Delivery of all documents by Email with PDF copies attached and then sent by standard U.S. mail.
• Company name availability check
  *If your company name is not available for use, this would require additional forms. 
• Our Service confirmation letter with the forms that need to be filed
• Link to online portal to retrieve Certified copies of Articles of Incorporation with all amendments from your domestic formation State
• Review of the final copy of NFP 113.15 and Certified copies received from our client for accuracy and acceptance of filing by the State of Illinois
• Online invoice provided for filing, expedited fees, correspondent and coordination fee to be paid prior to filing.
• Submit filing with the Illinois Secretary of State on an expedited basis
• Deliver evidence of filing by PDF and email.

*Additional filing fees and penalties may apply when the company has been transacting business in Illinois for over 60 days.  In these situations, the State will determine your penalty and interest and these documents would need to be paper filed. Additional turn-around time with the State, correspondent fee and a coordination fee would apply.  The additional funds would be online invoiced prior to our submission to the State of Illinois, as we need exact funds for disbursement.

*Companies that are forced to use a DBA due to their company name not being available for use will also have additional filing fees.  Fees are determined by the year that the filing is made and prorated by years ending in 5. This also increases the correspondent fee for additional document submission. 

What we do NOT do:

• We do not have automatic payments when representation comes due. We bill you on paper Invoice and provide an online invoice for your convenience. We do not keep credit card numbers in our records, and we do not believe in taking money from anyone's bank account even if it is expected.
• We do not ask for your social security number for filing the EIN application- this information is extremely confidential and should never be given to anyone that you do not know or trust with that information.  We are always happy to walk you through these filings by phone when you are ready to file for your EIN.
